Newsletter | May 2025

As May arrives, the days are longer, the weather's warming up, and everything feels like it's picking up speed. Whether you're soaking up more time outside or gearing up for summer plans, it's a season full of momentum and fresh energy!

We're seeing that reflected in the real estate market, too. Inventory is on the rise across nearly every county, giving buyers more options- but homes are taking a bit longer to sell. Prices remain steady and with mortgage rates holding, there's opportunity on both sides of the table.

Here's what's catching our eye:

·     Inventory is up especially in King, Snohomish and Whatcom counties

·     Median prices are holding around $650,000

·     Buyers are active but thoughtful, encouraged by more choices and steady rates

·     Sellers who prep well clean, well priced homes are still seeing strong results

If you're thinking about making a move this summer- or just curious what your home might be worth- let's connect. I'd be happy to talk it through with you.

Warmly,

Katie
