Katie’s roots run deep on Whidbey Island, where her family has lived for six generations. She grew up surrounded by the kind of beauty people travel here for, and in a community where everyone knows each other. That mix of connection and place still shapes how she shows up for her clients today.
While Whidbey will always feel like home, Katie works all over the Greater Seattle area and loves the variety that comes with it. One day it might be a first-time buyer in the city, the next a family looking for space, or someone dreaming about a piece of land they can build on. She is not tied to one type of client or property. She is here for all of it.
